These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Mynflow AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, AI voice agents, chatbots, and automation services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Mynflow AI provides AI-powered voice agents and chatbots that help businesses automate calls, messages, bookings, and workflows. The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as CRMs, phone systems, and marketing platforms. Features depend on your selected plan or custom agreement.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

3. Accounts & Security

You agree to provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including violating laws, sending spam, infringing rights, bypassing security, or reverse engineering the system. We may suspend access for misuse.

5. AI-Specific Terms & Accuracy

AI responses may occasionally be inaccurate or outdated. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing AI outputs and supervising usage.

6. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment

Services may be billed on a subscription or project basis. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise. Failed payments may result in suspension.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. Paid fees are not refunded unless specified in writing.

8. Data, Privacy & Security

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring lawful data sharing and compliance with applicable laws.

9. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Integrations with third-party platforms are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party downtime or data loss.

10. Intellectual Property

All Service-related IP belongs to Mynflow AI. You receive a limited license for internal business use only.

11. Client Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant us a limited license to process it as required to provide the Service.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific results, or revenue.

13. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three (3) months preceding the claim, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Mynflow AI against claims arising from misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may terminate access for breaches, non-payment, or legal requirements. Certain provisions survive termination.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be handled in Delaware courts.
